Karate Introductory Course in

Available at the Sydney, Melbourne, Launceston dojos.

You’ll learn:

Karate stances
Basic kicks, punches & blocks
Beginner combinations
Self defence techniques
Karate kata
Controlled sparring
Understanding of the tradition of martial arts
Improved discipline and focus
Developing self discipline, patience, respect and a strength of spirit
Development of speed, power, timing, accuracy and correct breathing

All ages, genders and levels welcome.

Your first lesson is free. Then you can sign up for 4 weeks at only $49. Kids classes are available in Melbourne only for $30. After that, if you decide to continue you can join up as a full member.
